2010: Dressed for all 18 games, starting 14 at centre, in his third season in Calgary...also dressed for the West Final against Saskatchewan.
2009: Suited up in all 18 games in his second season with the Stampeders…started six games at centre and seven at left guard…made his first career start on July 10, 2009…started at centre in Calgary’s West Final loss to Saskatchewan.
2008: Played in 14 games with the Calgary Stampeders after signing as a free agent on March 12…made his CFL debut on June 26 against B.C…also suited up for the Stampeders Grey Cup win over the Montreal Alouettes.
2006: Spent the entire season on the Edmonton Eskimos’ practice roster.
2005: Selected in the third round (22nd overall) of the CFL Canadian Draft by the Edmonton Eskimos…attended training camp with the Eskimos before returning to Calgary.
Played five seasons (2002-05, 2007) at Calgary…earned first-team All-Canadian honours as a centre in 2007…also played on the defensive line in 2002 and 2003…played with the Victoria Rebels of the BC Football Conference before beginning his CIS career at Calgary…named a BCFC All-Star and Top Defensive Lineman with the Rebels in 2000.
Born October 17, 1979 in Victoria, British Columbia…played football at Belmont Secondary School.
